Custom Decals & Roll Media Printing
Testrite produces custom decals, wall graphics, floor decals, window graphics, wallpaper, and other flexible printed media from our Hackensack, NJ facility just outside New York City. Using advanced UV roll-to-roll technology, we create durable, vibrant graphics for retail environments, commercial interiors, branded spaces, and nationwide rollouts.
Our UV inks are highly durable, so lamination is not required for many applications. From prototypes to large multi-location programs, Testrite provides the print quality, capacity, and consistency needed to bring your graphics to life.
| Built for Retail & Commercial Environments Custom decals are a versatile way to transform a space, promote a product, guide customers, or update an environment without replacing the underlying structure. We produce wall graphics, floor decals, window graphics, freezer decals, promotional stickers, custom wallpaper, and other adhesive graphics for a wide range of applications. Roll-to-roll printing is especially efficient for decal production because long, continuous rolls can be printed instead of loading one rigid sheet at a time. A single roll may exceed 150 feet in length, allowing us to produce large quantities efficiently while maintaining consistent color and quality. |
Materials & Finishes We print on adhesive vinyl, removable vinyl, wall covering materials, floor graphic media, window films, backlit films, paper, thin styrene, polystyrene, laminates, magnetic receptive media, and other specialty substrates. Our roll-to-roll system can produce gloss and matte finishes, including spot gloss or spot varnish. White ink allows us to print on clear media, metallized films, dark materials, and other specialty substrates for layered effects and high-impact graphics. |

After printing, graphics move into our finishing department for precision cutting. Our roll-media laser cutting capabilities provide clean, repeatable results while helping keep production fast and cost-effective.
